We have several categories that the majority of our vendors fall under: Farmers, Processors, Prepared Foods and Artisans & Crafters.  Please note that under current WSFMA guidelines we do NOT accept direct sales, MLM or commercial companies to vend at the market.  Please do NOT apply for the market.

 

Due to the size and category limitations for our market, not all applicants can be accepted.  We are looking for unique, quality items to be sold.  Preference is given to farmers, and then those vendors selling goods that are as close to 100% hand-made locally as possible (including cultivating of goods like herbs for soaps & tinctures, fabrics for crafts, etc.)  Your application will be juried by our Market Director to ensure it is a good fit for our market.  Please also note that both a WA Business License and vendor liability insurance is required to participate.

2024 Pricing:

Membership Dues/Application Fee: $50 (only payable if accepted)**Non-profit booth application fee is waived.  Must be 501c3.

Single stall fee (10x10): $40/week

Double stall fee (20x10): $70/week

 

Upon notification of acceptance into the Lake Stevens Farmers Market, you will be required to pay and/all applicable stall fees. Booth space will not be reserved for vendors that have not paid their fees according to our rules & regulations.   No refunds will be given for the Harvest Market.  We do not require a certain amount of dates to participate.  You can choose your schedule but we ask that you adhere to the dates you choose on your application or be subject to our strict cancelation policies.
